Most in-stock items ship within 7 days of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 9 days to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.
Orders are accepted for refund/exchange, except promotional sale/clearance items. All promotional/flash/clearance sale items are final sale.
Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your product. Items must be in new, unused, and in saleable condition with all tags attached.
There is no restocking fee.
Please submit a returns request to email@example.com. We will provide you with our return mailing label and confirm whether an exchange or refund is required. Please include your order number when e-mailing. Our customer service hours are Monday-Friday 9am-3pm MST. We endeavor to respond within 24 hours (weekdays).
